The Stage

The stage has been an old friend. Like it happens with old friends, they stand by you, support you, make you laugh, make you cry. They make you feel like you are on top of the world and sometimes when you are wrong they bring you crashing down, wake you up and make you see the light.It doesn't matter to these old friends if you are the best or not even if you are not good enough, what they appreciate is an honest effort and a true heart. Those who are performers of any kind or those who have climbed the stage in front of an audience even once in their lives would understand what the above lines mean. Those who do not understand, there will be a day when they will. Nobody can escape 'the stage' in life. Some enjoy being at the centerstage of attraction, some try to hide from it but the mighty stage always catches up :)
